No, it's definitely not.

sure they add jetpacks and assassinations but the core gameplay all looks the same graphics are better for sure new weapons n all that.. It's just not enough to keep me interested. Halo just isnt fun to me anymore. I like how this story takes place b4 all the previous ones but they have more advanced shit... lol

I agree lol, Its basically the same multiplayer as Halo 3 but with new maps, weapons, jet packs, assassinations like you said.

BC2 is pretty bad ass, I enjoyed it more than MW2.

A lot of people thought Halo 3 was meant to be the last one but Reach was planned before Halo 3 and was planned as being the last Halo game.

Nobody really knows for sure except the developer, but now that they split from Microsoft and their games only get published thru MS they've said in interviews and shit they have other new ideas they'd like to concentrate on and they can't when developing Halo games cause they're whole staff works on them

Bungie announced this was their last Halo game. Microsoft announced that their in house studio 343 Games or sumthin like that would continue to put out Halo games. So it's the last Bungie Halo title. Prolly the last good one too.

RPGs are the only games I play except for shit like Mario & Sonic. I bought my PS for FF7 and Tactics and my PS2 for FF10. Einhander is the only Square game I don't have for the PS/PS2.

I wish they were still turn based, but it's whatever. It gives me a reason to play 4, 6, & 7 again.
