I don't know, people are bidding on it though so obviously the dread issue doesn't matter to them. I didn't really notice it until I was looking at it up close the other day. When it is being worn around your neck you don't notice it.

So yeah, the dreads do look funky and a little off. But this is the way I got it from Psy, so I don't know what to tell you.
